– Can be applied underwater or above water on dry surfaces.

This four-ounce vinyl swimming pool liner repair kit from Swimline can fix underwater pinhole leaks, tears, small rips, above-ground leaks, and more. The patch repair kit comes with one tube of adhesive material, an applicator, two clear vinyl patches measuring 23 x 6 inches, and two blue vinyl patches measuring 23 x 5 inches. The adhesive dries quickly, and the kit can also be used to mend small holes, rips and pinhole leaks in vinyl rafts, tubes and floats.
